When you request a Smart Home-Selling Analysis we collect the property address, your selling timeline, your stated priority, your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to add in the notes field.

We also record standard technical information: your IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the link you clicked (utm_source, gclid, fbclid and similar). This is how we tell which advertising is working.

To prepare and deliver your analysis, to contact you about it, and to measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other brokerages or lead-buying services.

Your information is handled by our own systems and by service providers acting on our behalf — website hosting, our customer relationship management system, and email and text delivery. These providers may only use it to provide those services to us.

If you tick the consent box on the form, you agree that we may contact you about your property by phone, text message and email at the number and address you provided, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any service. Message and data rates may apply.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet real estate record-keeping obligations, and consent records for as long as we may need to evidence them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
